Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ULWW Watches. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at contact@ulwwwatch.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@ulwwwatch.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue a full refund or replacement once the item is received.
